Firefly
Firefly has flown from Southwest London and landed at the Old Bailey where it has transformed the Magpie and Stump into a three-floored modern ‘local’ lounge bar, complete with requisite palewood floors, angular darkwood furniture, and a large mirror opposite the bar. The friendly atmosphere’s here too, only a bit edgier, this being the City. Lunchtimes on the raised ground floor see a swift trade in modern European classics such as fishcakes, ribeye steaks and lovely risotto cakes. With the evening comes a lighter bar menu of mezze platters and side dishes. For your entertainment, there's also live music every week. Please note, Firefly only serves bar snacks on Thursday and Friday evenings.
