E Bar
Hmmm, e for easy? Excellent? Enticing? The e bar is just what you want if what you want is seriously smart cocktails in a trendy, modern setting accompanied by authentic Spanish tapas superbly presented. The chef, Barry Tonks, has probably cooked some of your most memorable meals at other high-regarded eateries (Putney Bridge, The Landmark) and is here adding more lustre to his reputation for being a high-quality chef. El Cantara
Located in Frith Street, El Cantara is the epicentre of Soho's Spanish and Moroccan communities. Fino Restaurant
This is not just any old tapas restaurant. Fino, in the West End’s Charlotte Street, is headed up by Head Chef, Nieves Barragan, from the Basque region of Spain. L'albufera
L'Albufera is one of two respected restaurants at the 581-room four star deluxe Melia White House on a corner of Regent’s Park.
