Bella Vista Cucina Italiana
Blackheath Village locals in London are all well-acquainted with this fixture on the local dining scene which has been going strong for 20 years. Bella Vista is a super-chic little Italian eatery on Montpelier Vale, and the brand new Milan-meets-Notting-Hill interior is attracting a lively crowd of fashionable Italianophilic foodies. We adore the eclectic hand-printed wallpaper, sophisticated colour scheme, stellar wine list and genuinely cosy vibe at Bella Vista, and star dishes from the menu include the charcoal calamari with lemon, chilli and rocket; the beef tagliata with braised radicchio and roast potatoes; and the delicious almond and chocolate Caprese cake served with strawberries and cream.

Bringing a touch of French flair to Kennington, Brasserie Toulouse Lautrec is a traditional brasserie and wine bar set inside a lovingly refurbished English pub. It is run by two brothers – Nolan and Florent - whose parents have run the neighbouring Lobster Pot restaurant for 18 years, so there’s plenty of authentic French charm on offer.
