Fontana Restaurant A genuinely beautiful restaurant of hand-painted murals, exotic paintings, plants and elegant upholstered seating. Each area has its own character, from a large inviting Moroccan banquette, to an intimate velvet-draped ‘tent’. Cooking is traditional, so expect hot and cold mezze, chicken and lamb shawarma (a dish of sliced spot-roasted meat popular throughout the Middle East), as well as classic Moroccan dishes.
