We have created the 'little brother' Swing Patrol (the largest Swing Dance group in the UK and recipients of investment from Deborah Meaden after our appearance on Dragons’ Den); a brand new fitness programme called SwingTrain. SwingTrain is a high-intensity dance cardio workout inspired by the joyful, energetic sounds of Charleston, Swing, Gospel, Rhythm & Blues, Electro Swing, and Hot Jazz. These total body exercise classes are suitable for all levels and the music is so infectious that you won't even realise you're burning up to 500 calories per hour!
