Eclectic Self Protection (ESP) is a new and improved self-defence system devised to be practical in todays violent envirornment. ESP incorporates awareness and avoidance, conflict defusion, power taliking, practical martial arts, self-defence, pre-emptive striking, line ups, fence and fighting stances, locks/holds/restrains, weapon defence, sports science, physical and mental fitness, stress release and meditation.
