We take a holistic approach to eating disorder recovery – including one-to-one counselling, creative therapies, meditation, a chance to explore spirituality (whatever that might mean for the individual), alongside advice on nutrition, and the physical assessments. We know that eating disorders are not made equal so the wide array of group therapy sessions we offer allows us to tailor our treatment to you as an individual. The name ‘Recover Clinic’ reflects both the solid scientific background we bring to treatment in ‘clinic’ and the softer, more nurturing side in ‘recover’.
