We provide a friendly, professional, high quality glass polishing service for commercial and residential properties from shop fronts, building sites, houses, pubs, hotels.
We polish out scratches, scraper damage, weld and grind spatter, scaffold contact and mineral deposits from glass without the need to replace the glass.
We have worked with many of the major construction companies including Bowmer and Kirkland, The Mansell Group and McAlpines to name but a few and also architectural glazers including Hansen Facades, Norking Aluminium and Dane Architectural Systems. At GRS UK we pride ourselves in providing our clients with a very cost effective alternative to glass replacement by providing specialist on site glass repairs such as glass polishing, scratch removal and etched graffiti removal. Glass can suffer scratch damage for a number of reasons including etched graffiti, transit damage, construction debris as well as general wear and tear, but whatever the circumstances, please be assured that our fully trained technicians are able to repair a wide range of glass damage. We also specialise in rebuilding glass that has been chipped on-site by injecting UV curable resins to restore clarity and structural strength. Glass is commonly repaired in situations such as lifts, entrance halls, glass fixed in curtain walling, balustrades, etc.
We also supply and install a wide range of window films such as bomb blast/safety film, solar protection film as well as manifestation graphics.
All our technicians hold a valid CSCS card and we hold full Public Liability Insurance and up to date CHAS and Constructionline Certification (127900).
