Brand new serviced office space available in the prestigious Exchange Tower, E14. Located less than a 10 minute walk to Canary Wharf, Exchange Tower has recently been refurbished and now offers fully serviced office space and meeting room facilities. Conventional office space is still available in the building along with managed office suites.
The new business centre can accommodate small and medium sized companies from 1 person up to around 15 people. Flexible terms are available with a minimum 3 month contract which can be renewed. All the offices are fully furnished with internet and telephone connections. Other services such as telephone answering and mail handling are also available.
Prices start from £500 per workstation per month but we are currently offering special introductory rates for companies who sign up before April.
The building boasts a brand new, modern reception, coffee shop, secure underground parking, onsite building management team and meeting room facilities with a new conference centre opening later this year.
Exchange Tower is located in Harbour Exchange Square, next to South Quay DLR station and within walking distance of Canary Wharf Jubilee line and Crossharbour DLR station. There are restaurants and shops located nearby in South Quay, Glengall Bridge and Canary Wharf.
