As an official partner for 2011's events, we are very excited to be able investigate from 9pm until very very late on 8th October at one of the most haunted buildings in the country.
Only closing it's doors as a prison in 1996, Oxford Castle dates back to the 11th century and has been the site of chilling Exorcisms and seances. The echoing jibes and taunts of it's murderous inhabitants can still be heard along it's icy corridors late at night be only the bravest of ghost hunters who dare to explore.
Will you catch sight of the infamous "Dark Figure", a hooded felon who has even the most experienced investigators on edge or maybe you will touched by "The Angry Monk" who reportedly is the castle's most active spirit? You certainly don't want to run into Mary Blandy alone as her white mist descends around you!
This will be one Ghost Hunt you will NOT want to miss, and to cap it off, we'll be positing the full event report and all the evidence gained on the site so that you can prove to your friends just how brave you were... you are feeling brave aren't you?
