Our EPC for rental properties is carried out by a qualified energy assessor who will look at and assess several aspects of the rental property and its systems in order to provide the landlord with an energy certificate (EPC) for the house. This gives advice on ways to improve the property's energy efficiency and environmental impact. When carrying out energy surveys the inspection will include:

Amount of insulation present
Windows and doors
Air tightness
Heating and ventilation systems
