Carspace is a car parking space provider, we hire spaces for rental in and around the greater London area at 40 different locations all within walking distance of underground staions and on major bus routes.
With parking spaces being at a premium in London we search for and file property owners Garages, Driveways, secure spaces onto our data base, we then advertise these spaces to the public for hire.
We pride ourselves on the competative hire rates we can offer.
We have set up our London area different than other providers in so much as we, carspace, pay the owner of the space 1 months rental in advance of the occupation of the space, this always ensures the owner is pre paid for parking 1 month in advance.
We do not,at this time, do short term hire, our minimum hire period is 3 months up to 12 months.
The space hirer will also pay carspace 1 months rental in advance for the use of the space.
Once again doing something out of the norm, each space will be subject to a written contract and term and conditions, this is to ensure an element of protection and security for both the space owner and the space hirer.
