Working independently enables me to offer a flexible approach to the services I offer. This means that when you ask me to write your CV I endeavour to understand you as an individual (your goals, hopes, drivers and concerns) so that your CV reflects who you are.
I have experience of high level and volume recruitment for Accenture, BT, Accenture HR Services and Bucks Fire and Rescue. During my time in recruitment I experienced a lot of disappointed people who could have progressed to an interview stage if they had just presented themselves a little better through their CV.
Since experiencing this I have wanted to put what I have learned to use and help others, and am now in a position to do so. I have reduced my fees at this time because I feel it is important for people to have the best chance possible of accessing the service in today's highly competitive job market.
