Deputy Manager

An exciting job opportunity as arisen for a committed Deputy Manager to work with one of UK's leading healthcare providers. As a Deputy Manager you will be joining an exceptional care home based in Camden, London.

This special care home provides the very highest care standards to their Service Users twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. A GP visits regularly and we have excellent links with community healthcare

As a Deputy Manager your day to day duties include:
• Ensuring quality care by continually assessing the service users needs and develop the service to enhance their quality of life
• Deputising in the management of the home, playing an active part in recruiting, assessing and supervising the team
• Ensuring the home operates within budget through effective use of resources and identify areas to improve where needed
• Be a visible and active leader in the home
• Overseeing the induction of new employees and participating in their training development
• Supporting the manager in disciplinary proceedings where required

An ideal Deputy Manager must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:
• Experience of managing a home]
• Experiences as a Deputy Manager
• Good clinical skills
• Good with nursing
• Good customer service care
• Leadership skills
• Able to show a can-do attitude always

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent annual salary of £47,000. This exciting position is a Full Time role for 37.5 hours a week working Day Shifts only. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
