Service Manager
An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Service Manager to join an exceptional service within the Caterham area. As a Service Manager you will be working for a company which is rated highly and has an excellent reputation in the area.
This special service includes a self-contained flat with wheelchair access. A small, homely residential service, it supports individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, including epilepsy. Some people may also display behaviours which others might find challenging.
As a Service Manager your day to day duties include:
To lead the team at the site providing operational and strategic direction
Making sure everything runs smoothly and cost-effectively
Youll ensure the individuals you support have the opportunity to develop a varied and fulfilling lifestyle and the chance to define their own goals and decide their own future
Ensuring the highest standards of support
To managing budgets
Developing your team
its a varied role in an organisation thats leading the way in supporting those with learning disabilities
An ideal Service Manager must have these skills as they are beneficial for this position:
A strong, supportive leader and effective manager
Successfully managed a team in a challenging Learning Disability Service
Youve also had professional senior level contact with CQC and have developed positive relationships with commissioning teams

The successful Service Manager will receive an excellent annual salary of £29,290 + 10% annual salary bonus. This exciting position is Full Time role on Day Shifts only. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:

Enhancements for Over Time
