Staff Nurse - ICU

A brilliant new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Staff Nurse - ICU to work in a reputable, exceptional private hospital based in the South Kensington, London area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

This is private hospitals which offers treatment for both adults and children, and are dedicated to providing world-class care to patients

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin**

As a Nurse your key duties include:
• Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate high standards of nursing care for Critical Care patients
• Work within a team, supervising and directing more junior staff and deputising for Senior Staff Nurse as required
• Act as a clinical role model for all members of staff, driving high standards of care at all times
• Collaboratively working with MDT which consists of Doctors, Pharmacists, Dieticians, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Infection Control & Tissue Viability Nurses to ensure the best quality of care is provided
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, best practice and NMC codes with due care and attention

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Current nursing experience in Critical Care
• Desire to develop both professionally and personally
• Team player abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ICU/Mentorship Course would be advantageous

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £32,390 - £39,330 per annum. We currently have vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
