Salary: Up to £25,000 DOE + Benefits
We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to work within the IT (channel) marketplace reporting directly to our Marketing Manager. Based at our Cheshire HQ you will be required to fulfill duties to support the marketing function as well as assist in the completion of responses to tender documents. It is expected that you will have prior marketing knowledge, whether gained through work experience or studies.
Duties
Support the Marketing Manager across all marketing activities, including but not limited to the following:
Event organisation – internal & external events
Digital marketing including web site, social media, e-shots & PPC
Brand management
Campaign development and execution
Marketing collateral
Awards entries
Monthly internal e-newsletter
Proof reading and copywriting
Relationship-building with external agencies, third parties and internal/external stakeholders
Ownership of response to tender submission process
Duties assigned by Marketing Manager
 Qualifications & Skills
Excellent communication skills – written & verbal
Strong attention to detail
Exceptional written ability – able to process large amounts of information and present the key points in a succinct, accessible and engaging style
Excellent planning & organisation skills
PC literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
Able to work independently and manage own projects and timelines but also able to work effectively as part of a team
Creative thinker
Confident & self-motivated
Ability to pick up new systems quickly
Take pride in producing high quality work
Preferred
Experience of the I.T. industry is preferred but not essential.
