Project Manager
Job Purpose:
To manage a domestic violence/abuse organisation that provides male perpetrator services with a linked service for partners.
Job Duties:
The role within this charity will focus on managing workers, offering supervision (not clinical or professional), fundraising, collating monitoring information, complying with the requirements of companies house and the charities commission, to ensure compliance with legal and funders’ requirements.
Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
Experience of working (paid or unpaid) in a counselling setting, social care setting, health service or other caring setting (preferably with some involvement in domestic violence/abuse. A proven track record of project management including staff and volunteer management. Knowledge of basic financial procedures, excellent written and verbal communication, confident, motivated, good team worker.
