Telemarketing Executive

Informanagement UK Limited are based in luxurious serviced offices in Hendon, North West London. Although we are a start up we are part of larger Dutch company with ambitious growth plans in the UK.

What we do is publish tax and legal information to accountancy firms for them to share with their employees and clients via email and printed newsletters.

The Telemarketing Executive role is to generate leads and set meetings with Senior Partners and/or Practice Managers within accountancy firms for the Sales Manager to attend. Approximately 80% of calling activity is outbound new business lead generation.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Generate sales opportunities through outbound telephone calls, working from lists / databases that the company have or buy in.
- Develop and maintain a high level of understanding of the companies value proposition and be able to talk about these in context.
- Work to develop lists / database of prospects to whom the company can promote their products and services
- Work on specific campaigns and activities as requested to generate sales opportunities and(or) appointments for members of the business development team
- Cross sell and up sell the complete range of our products and capabilities
- Gain knowledge of the competitive landscape and use this to the company’s advantage and to help you generate qualified leads.
- Help develop campaign plans to generate sales opportunities
- Attend exhibitions and events as required.
- Keep the CRM system up to date with all details of prospects, customers, contacts, sales activity and customer feedback
- Keep the diary system up to date with all activities in or out of the office
- Follow up all sales opportunities and call backs within the agreed target times
- Attend and contribute constructively to sales / marketing meetings

Also, some cold calling experience is preferable, as this is the main part of the role, but not essential as full training will be given. The most important quality an applicant can have for us is the right attitude.
