Deputy Nurse Manager

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Deputy Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Thetford, Norfolk area. As the Deputy Manager you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This is a purpose built care home designed for older people requiring general or dementia residential and nursing care

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
• Previous Deputy Home Manager experience
• The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide excellent services of care
• Good working knowledge of CQC standards
• The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors and staffing teams
• Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home
• Great organisational skills

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £50,000 per annum.
