An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Clinical Deputy Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Camden, London area. As the Deputy Manager you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This special care home is run by a highly reputable service based in London, whose care team is skilled in providing personalised care for older people and also specialise in dementia

As the Clinical Deputy Manager your key responsibilities include:
• You will provide effective leadership and direction to the team and support the Registered Service Manager in the clinical and operational management of the service to make a difference
• You will also take a significant role in the management of the staff team
• You will have an effective way of communicating with your team
• Above all, act as a champion for everything that you do

An ideal Clinical Deputy Manager must have these skills and experience as they are beneficial for this position:
• Experience of managing a home
• Good clinical skills
• Good with nursing
• Good customer service care
• Leadership skills

The successful Clinical Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £48,000 per annum. This exciting position is a Full Time role for 37.5 hours a week, working throughout Day Shifts. **Also to keep in mind this is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave and it is 100% Supernumerary.
