Vacancy for Registered General Nurse
One of the leading Healthcare Providers is currently seeking a Registered General Nurse to join one of their highly reputable Care Homes located in Hatfield.
The large bedded home specialises in residential and nursing care for the elderly that may be living with dementia, physical disabilities or sensory impairment. They offer palliative, respite and physiotherapy care within the homely environment and landscaped gardens.

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £36,000 per annum with great additional benefits such as free meals, paid breaks, employee discount scheme plus many more.

As a Registered Nurse you will be expected to provide the highest level of care, assess residents’ needs and wishes, and develop the service in order to enhance their quality of life. You will promote appropriate independence and personal choice; develop, review and update care plans to meet the resident’s physical, social and psychological needs. Ensure all medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered. Participate knowledgably and professionally to all inspection visits and follow a rigorous monitoring and recording practice. You will also promote a cohesive team approach and a welcoming atmosphere to ensure staff members feel a connection to the service users and the home. You will act as a reflective and developmental practitioner participating to continual professional development and meet the requirement to professional revalidation.

To be considered for this role it is essential you are a qualified Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration.
