Overcome fear and anxiety
Being confident is important for everyone but feelings of low confidence and low self-esteem destroy our happiness and are sometimes paralyzing. These feelings are often triggered by measuring ourselves against the supposed norms of society. We daydream of what it will be like when we achieve our perfect lifestyle and set goals and timeframes to achieve it. Even if this goes to plan, our new-found confidence will only last as long as we can keep our external life the same. On this course we will learn meditations and attitudes that lead to an indestructible inner confidence and help us to develop an inner peace that creates a happiness that is not dependent on external conditions.
