Our aim is to continuously improve our service user (SU) experience, and in doing so we have the appropriate mechanism in place to obtain regular feedback and act upon them in a timely manner with the best outcome.
We continuously run a robust recruitment process that underpin safety, quality and following all regulations as set out under the safe recruitment regulations, this enables us to achieve the best staff for the role and maintain continuity of care provision and service user’s satisfaction.
Our team of professional staff are available 24hrs, seven (7) days a week to respond to any of your quarries. Our rates are competitive and negotiable. We would be happy to meet with you and /or the appropriate member of your team to discuss how we can work collaboratively to achieve set outcomes.
